Dear guests, we will try to do everything to make your stay with us fully successful. At the same time, we kindly ask you to read a few details about the rules applicable at our facility:
1. The hotel day starts at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
2. Check-in and key collection take place 100 meters from our facility, at the reception of Sanhaus Apartments company. The office is open every day from 09.00 to 19.00. In case of arrival after reception opening hours, please contact us in advance by phone or e-mail.
3. Deposit - upon check-in - a refundable deposit of PLN 500 is required, in the form of pre-authorization (blocking) of funds on the card. The funds are released after the apartment has been checked by the cleaning service (the refund to the card may take from 1 to 7 business days depending on the issuing bank).
4. Spa fee - on the day of check-in, we collect an additional spa fee from guests for and on behalf of the city of Sopot. The fee amount changes every year. In 2025, it amounts to PLN 6.38 per person per day.
5. VAT invoice - the desire to receive a VAT invoice must be reported at the time of payment for the reservation and provide the invoice data. In accordance with Polish law, we will not be able to issue it at a later date.
6. Parking - unfortunately, our facility does not have its own parking lot. You can park your car in one of the surrounding streets. Charges may apply according to the city tariff.
We encourage you to come to Sopot by train. The cable car station is only 5-10 minutes by taxi from our property (depending on traffic) or 15-20 minutes on foot.
7. Stay with animals - in our facility we only accept small dogs of selected breeds and only upon request and under the following conditions:
- please contact us in advance to confirm the possibility of arriving with your pet.
- the cost of a dog's stay is an additional PLN 50 per day
- the dog cannot be left alone in the apartment, without the owner's supervision
- in the event of annoying barking, the owner of the dog will be obliged to remove it from the facility immediately.
We would like to remind you that we are all responsible for the behavior of our animals, and the peace and right to rest of other guests of the facility is sacred to us. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Rules of stay - we would like to remind you that each of our guests is obliged to read our regulations.
